We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• The grip soles and fabric must be free of lint, dirt, or wear marks.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn socks.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at annie@fearofmissingpilates.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If you received free shipping, the return may be subject to a small restocking or shipping fee.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.

Please note that final sale, clearance, or customized grip socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

Note: During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
